The topic chosen is how Hitler took away the Jewish people's rights and how he
gave them many unreasonable responsibilities. We chose this topic because it's
believed that what Hitler did was wrong and it's an interesting topic that fits
into the required area of rights and responsibilities. The research was
conducted by using the NHD official site for information and finding different
websites, and once that was complete, we then created our bibliography. Our
group selected a website for our presentation category because it was it was a
different approach to the project. Our project will be created by using
Weebley.com. The information and pictures on the website comes from previous
research. This topic relates to the history Day theme because Hitler took away
the Jewish people’s rights and gave them many unreasonable
responsibilities.
Our topic is on how the Jewish people’s rights were taken away and how they received many
unreasonable responsibilities. The process for choosing the topic was started
with a list of other topics that seemed interesting. Then, after a suggestion
from an anonymous source, we formed a group and decided on this topic. We chose
this topic because we found it interesting and that we could do a very unique,
interesting project, on it.
The process we used to find the topic was to make a list of various topics that we thought were
interesting and to pick one that out ruled the rest. Once that was done we
decided to do a website for our presentation and began our research. After we
had done much research, we created and turned in our bibliography. The source
most useful was the official NHD website.
The process of creating our project started off by going on to the
website Weebley.com. The website consists of information and pictures from other
various sources. We chose a website as our project presentation because it
would most functional way to present our research and information on the topic.
The most enjoyable part of the project was the process of creating the website
and the most frustrating part was finding the right information and
pictures.
Hitler revoked rights and increased responsibilities of mostly the Jewish people, leaving a
negative impact on history. This relates to this year's History Day theme of
2013-2014 because the theme is on rights and responsibilities. The historical
impact that Hitler and his victims left in history is very large. In response to
Hitler's actions, World War II began, where the Holocaust took place, which is
one of the biggest events in Hitler's history. Millions of people (with Jewish
religions) died in the Holocaust, which left an effect on not only on Jewish
people but on all people.
